ABOUT MOONSHOT PRIZE

For publication.

Moonshot Prize is an emerging prize initiative developed by Dr. Freedom Cheteni as a proposed program of Global Moonshots in Education, Inc., with board approval pending. Its proposed inaugural challenge, Learning for Every Child, connects foundational learning, independent verification and a path to adoption. The platform brings together prize development, research and purposeful family philanthropy.

Formal competition rules, funding, appointments and award dates have not been announced. Journal Opal is inspired by the family offices of the Opal Group network. Opal Group is the proposed annual host; hosting arrangements remain to be confirmed.
